Digital Salon: An Evening with David Glasser

Boulder Digital Arts is happy to announce we're bringing back a whole new season of Digital Salons in 2012! Digital Salons are a fun and unique hybrid of schmoozing and networking, art and technology, entertainment, and education.

The first Digital Salon of 2012, on Thursday, February 2, will feature Grammy-award winning music producer and mastering engineer David Glasser, owner of Airshow Mastering. David will be talking about, and demonstrating, the art of the digital mastering techniques he uses most recently for the remastering of the Grateful Dead's Europe 72 complete tour.

David will also be demonstrating the effects of various compression rates, so you'll know which ones are the best to use for your mobile devices and on your website! This is an exciting opportunity to hear from a world-class producer discussing the digital tools he uses on a day-to-day basis to make the music you listen to sound even more amazing.

Digital Salons are FREE and open to anyone involved in the creative digital arts, but you will need to pre-register at the BDA website!
