An Evening with Film Editor Stephen Rotter

Please join Manhattan Edit Workshop and the Motion Picture Editors Guild for an intimate discussion of the editing process through the work of Stephen Rotter. Stephen will screen clips of selected works, share his experience in the field and offer valuable insight into the art of visual storytelling.

Stephen Rotter has edited over thirty feature films. He won an Academy Award for his work on The Right Stuff and an Emmy Award for the mini-series Holocaust, starring Meryl Streep. Stephen’s other credits include The World According To Garp, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Parent Trap, What Women Want, and most recently the Disney hit, Enchanted.
